Virtual Yoga for Healthy Aging on Mondays

Every Monday from 5:30-6:30pm EST, join Martha for Yoga for Healthy Aging from the comfort of your home. While this class is geared toward students over 50, the sequences and poses are therapeutic for yogis of all ages. Yoga for Healthy Aging focuses on three important goals—increased health span, independence and equanimity—as well as four essential physical skills—balance, flexibility, strength and agility. Martha was certified by Baxter Bell and Nina Zolotow to teach YFHA in 2016.


Tuesday Level 2 (online)

Join Martha from home on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 The class is suitable for anyone who has been practicing yoga regularly and has a foundation and understanding of the basics. Classes will include sequences, poses, pranayama and guided mediation.

Thursday Level 2 In Person

Join Martha every Thursday for Level 2 yoga. The class is suitable for anyone who has been practicing yoga regularly and has a foundation and understanding of the basics. Classes will include sequences, poses, pranayama and guided mediation. This class is offered at Triad Yoga Institute at from 5:30-6:30 pm.
