Heather has been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2001. She specializes in alignment based yoga incorporating a focus on strength and balance. Heather has led retreats in her home state of North Carolina as well as destinations in Europe and Central America. She has ERYT-200 certification from Yoga Alliance in addition to certification from Cindy Dollar of Asheville, NC.
