Yoga For Healthy Aging

While this class is geared toward students 50 and older, the sequences and poses are therapeutic for any age. Yoga for Healthy Aging focuses on three important goals: increased health span, independence and equanimity. The four essential physical skills we work to maintain are: balance, flexibility, strength and agility. Martha was certified to teach YFHA in 2016 by Baxter Bell and Nina Zolotow. Join for a 6 week session at $60 or drop in for $15.

This class is tailored to students with some experience with yoga asana and the desire to practice independently at home. The class is taught online from my home and in person at Triad Yoga Institute. Join for a 6 week session at $60 or drop in for $15.
